Lydia’s Table was born out of a simple but deep need. I looked around and saw so many women in business and leadership who were carrying big responsibilities but often felt alone in the journey. I knew that if we could gather around a table—just like Lydia did in the book of Acts—we could create a space where faith, business, and life could all come together without judgment or competition. What started as a handful of women sitting together in honesty and prayer quickly became a community of encouragement, accountability, and purpose.

From the beginning, my heart has been to see women not only thrive in their businesses, but also stand firm in their faith and discover how their work feeds into God’s Kingdom. Lydia’s Table isn’t just a networking group; it’s a movement of women who believe we are stronger together. That’s why we host conferences and gatherings that pour into women on a larger scale, and why our vision reaches beyond our borders to support sisters in other nations. Through our outreach and Lydia’s Mission, we are equipping women worldwide with the tools, resources, and community they need to rise up in faith and leadership. What started as one table has grown into a vision to see women gathering in faith and growing on purpose across the globe.
