Lydia’s Table Statement of Faith
At Lydia’s Table, we gather as women of faith, leaders in business, ministry, and life, following the example of Lydia in Scripture—a woman who opened her heart to the Lord, her home to the Church, and her hands to her industry. We are interdenominational, united not by tradition but by our shared devotion to Jesus Christ and our desire to see His Kingdom advanced through our families, our churches, and the work of our hands. Like the Proverbs 31 woman, we seek to lead with wisdom, strength, and generosity, building lives and businesses that honor God and bless others.

The Bible is the Word of God
We believe the Bible is God’s living Word—our guide for truth, wisdom, and integrity in every area of life. We believe in one God—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—who calls us to know Him, walk with Him, and represent Him in our homes, our churches, our businesses, and our communities.
Character of Lydia
Like Lydia, the first European convert recorded in Acts 16, we seek to be women who open our hearts to the Lord, open our homes in hospitality, and open our businesses as places where Kingdom work can flourish. Like the Proverbs 31 woman, we believe excellence, diligence, generosity, and wise stewardship are marks of godly leadership in both life and industry.

Influence and Stewardship
As women of influence, we see our businesses not just as livelihoods, but as platforms for Kingdom impact. Through generosity, excellence, and Christlike leadership, we commit to serving others, building community, and advancing the Gospel in both word and deed.
We live with eternity in mind—knowing that our faith, our work, and our love for others all point toward a greater Kingdom that will never fade.
Christ and Salvation
We believe Jesus Christ is the center of our faith—the Son of God who lived, died, and rose again to bring us new life. We believe the Holy Spirit empowers us daily, giving us wisdom, courage, creativity, and strength to lead well and shine His light in the marketplace.
We believe salvation comes by grace through faith in Christ alone, and this salvation transforms how we live, work, and lead. We believe every person is created in the image of God, deserving love, dignity, and respect.
